gemma.studio is a business name of Stacie Dauffenbach Marketing Solutions LLC, based in Denver, Colorado ("we," "us"). This page explains what information we collect through gemma.studio, how we use it and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to talk with you and do the work you hire us for, and we don't sell your information.
What we collect
• What you tell us. When you fill out our form or email us, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number and anything you write in your message.
• What you share as a client. Your questionnaire answers, details about your business, and the recordings of your video chats and the videos we make from them.
• Basic website data. Like most websites, our site and hosting provider may collect standard technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and general location, often through cookies or similar tools.
How we use it
• To reply to you and set up your first chat.
• To research your business, write your questions, run your video chats and make your videos.
• To send invoices and handle billing.
• To keep the website running well and understand how people use it.
• With your permission, to show your videos as examples of our work, as agreed under launch pricing or in your client agreement.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website and form host, email, video meeting, payment and accounting tools, and the video editors who help produce your videos. They can use it only to do that work for us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to work with you, and as long as required for our records, taxes and legal obligations. If you reach out and don't become a client, we'll delete your details when asked.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Email stacie@gemma.studio and we'll take care of it. You can also set your browser to block or delete cookies.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable steps to protect your information, and we limit access to the people and tools that need it. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top.
